Yes. Verification is required before your first withdrawal. You upload your documents from the verification page and our compliance team reviews them manually. Withdrawals also require a code from your authenticator app.

New accounts on Noventra Trading are subject to a 30-day activation period during which withdrawals are reviewed manually. This restriction applies to any member who has not yet executed a trade on the platform, regardless of how long the account has been open. If no trade has been placed, the account remains restricted even after the 30-day period has passed.

The measure protects the platform against arbitrage-style deposit-and-withdraw activity and helps us stay compliant with anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Our focus is building a community of active, engaged traders, not enabling instant fund movement that never touches the market. The restriction is lifted once the account shows genuine trading activity.

There is no waiting period. You can request a withdrawal at any time, as often as you like, and each request is processed once our payouts team has reviewed it.

Once a payout is requested, you will see a live countdown with the status of your request on the withdrawal page. Payouts are released to your wallet address, or through a P2P merchant if you sell your USDT for local currency.

Yes. Internal transfers are instant and use the other member's public ID only, so no personal details are exposed. You can find your own ID at the top of your profile page.
